Treatments
Reflexology is based on the theory that reflex points on the feet correspond with different areas of the body. Healing in the body is encouraged by applying pressure to these reflex points. It is extremely relaxing, great for stress relief, improved mood and sleep. Specialising in maternity, conception, menopause, PMT, lymphatic drainage, back pain and cancer care.

The three main hormones affected during peri/menopause are progesterone, oestrogen and testosterone.
