Treatments
Reflexology is based on the theory that reflex points on the feet correspond with different areas of the body. Healing in the body is encouraged by applying pressure to these reflex points. It is extremely relaxing, great for stress relief, improved mood and sleep. Specialising in maternity, conception, menopause, PMT, lymphatic drainage, back pain and cancer care.

The three main hormones affected during peri/menopause are progesterone, oestrogen and testosterone. Hormones affect most parts of the body including the reproductive system, the brain, circulation, digestion, liver, kidneys, immune system, nerves, muscles etc. When the hormones are in balance the body systems work well together at their best. However, if one or more hormone is too high/low or missing it plays havoc on whole body and this explains the wide variation of menopausal symptoms women experience. At your first appointment we will discuss the particular symptoms you are experiencing and plan reflexology specifically for you.

Today I enjoyed a wonderful reiki session with Joanne. This was my first reiki session with her and I found it to be totally relaxing. During the session I felt enormous energy flowing and afterwards I felt the reiki had strengthened my overall wellbeing as well as alleviate pain on certain parts of my body which were giving me cause for concern lately. Joanne made me feel completely at ease with the therapy and I gained her trust immediately which I believe is important for this type of treatment. The room where it takes place is very calming and really prepares you as it is atmospheric for the occasion and smells gorgeous.Special thanks to my very special friend Lynne who treated me to the session for my birthday. Getting older not so bad after all! I would recommend Joanne to anyone who would like to give reiki a go. Thank you Joanne.
